China's Bearing Industry Hits Record Revenue in 2025 as Capital Surge Accelerates High-End Substitution

2025 marked a landmark year for China's bearing industry, with annual revenue projected to surpass 240 billion yuan 〞 a 5% average annual growth rate over the 14th Five-Year Plan period, according to the China Bearing Industry Association. Beyond scale, the industry witnessed an unprecedented wave of capital activity: 12 enterprises raised over 8 billion yuan through IPOs, private placements, and equity restructurings throughout the year.

State-led equity reshuffling and targeted fundraising have been sharply focused on high-end and intelligent upgrading. Wind energy bearing leader Xinqianglian plans to raise 1.5 billion yuan for 6MW+ high-power wind turbine main bearings and yaw/pitch bearings, targeting delivery lead time reduction from 10每20 months to 3每4 months. Luoyang Bearing (LYC) raised over 1.2 billion yuan for digital transformation, with 2025 revenue exceeding 6 billion yuan and high-end product revenue share rising to 35%. Regional industrial clusters in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta now contribute 58% of national bearing capacity. The convergence of capital and technology is accelerating China's transition from a bearing manufacturing giant to a manufacturing powerhouse, with high-end wind power and EV bearing domestic substitution rates expected to rise 8每10 percentage points annually through 2028.
